- CONFIRMAR el auto de fecha quince (15) de septiembre de dos mil cinco (2005), por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda presentada en contra de las expresiones acusadas del inciso 3, del articulo 882 del Codigo de Comercio, en relacion solamente con la presunta violacion de los articulos 2, 13, 40, 95, 150-10 y 241 a 244 de la Constitucion.
